Follow the Prophet poster or coloring page

Talk about the poster, saying, “Follow the prophet! Like those who followed Noah, Moses, and Joseph Smith, we are blessed when we follow the prophet.”
• Tell about the prophets on the handout: Noah, who built a boat to save his family and two of every animal from the flood; Moses, who went to a high mountain and received from Jesus Christ the Ten Commandments written in stone; Joseph Smith, who was led to the golden plates hidden in a hill and later translated these records into the Book of Mormon (he also restored Jesus’s church so we could have the gospel today); the current prophet (read something he has written from the Friend, or tell what he has done).
3. Talk about the Home Activity: “Let’s talk about our prophet today. Tell me stories about our prophet, and let’s read about what he has said. Let’s hang his picture so we can remember what he has asked us to do.”
