This BUNDLE is to give youth leaders many activities to teach the above theme for the bi-weekly lesson.

Look for these activity handouts to help you teach lesson concepts and give them TEACHING TOOLS to plan and develop lesson objectives. These lesson-match interactive activities will add to and enhance your lessons.

LESSON-MATCH ACTIVITIES IN THIS BUNDLE INCLUDES (detailed below):

DESCRIPTIONS:

(1) SCRIPTURE MEMORIZATION ACTIVITY. “HAPPINESS IN FAMILY” Proclamation to the World 7 scripture poster and card set (rebus style) Children and youth will love ciphering the codes written here in pictures and words. “Happiness in family life is most likely to be achieved when founded upon the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ.” They can gain this joy through scripture reading, family home evenings, church attendance, prayer, and service; following their Savior’s example.

(2) SCRIPTURE MEMORIZATION. SUCCESSFUL FAMILIES The Family: A Proclamation to the World paragraph 7 poster/card set. Children and youth can learn these principles that will help their families be successful and happy families. “Successful . . . families are established and maintained on principles of faith, prayer, repentance, forgiveness, respect, love, compassion, work, and wholesome recreational activities.”

(3) SCRIPTURE MEMORIZATION. “THE FAMILY: A PROCLAMATION TO THE WORLD” paragraph 3 scripture poster/card set. Youth can learn “Sacred ordinances and covenants available in holy temples make it possible for individuals to return to the presence of God and for families to be united eternally.”

(4) SCRIPTURE MEMORIZATION. “THE FAMILY: A Proclamation to the World” paragraph 1. This bride and groom have found happiness in the thought that they have prepared by keeping their covenants, now ready to be sealed in the temple of our God. The temple is His house where sacred covenants are made and where we learn of His plan of salvation or plan of happiness. Card Reads: “Marriage between a man and a woman is ordained of God and . . . the family is central to the Creator’s plan for the eternal destiny of His children.”
