MUSIC ACTIVITY. “THE HOLY GHOST” song visuals. Youth will know from this song that Jesus promised to “send the Holy Ghost to comfort us.” He is “Our true, eternal friend.” This “Holy Spirit whispers with a still small voice” to our mind and heart like a light to “guide us ev’ry hour.” This light will help us “do what’s right each time” we “make a choice.” We receive this gift of the Holy Ghost through the priesthood after we are baptized. As we CHOOSE THE RIGHT, we can have His Spirit to guide us.

IDEAS TO PRESENT THIS SONG:
1. Talk about how Jesus Christ’s apostles must have felt when they learned that Jesus would send them the Holy Ghost. They knew He would soon leave them and the Holy Ghost would be there for them to comfort them and to be their friend after He was gone. John 14:26 – “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.”
2. Talk about how happy we are when we feel the Spirit–when the Holy Ghost teaches us about Jesus and guides us to choose the right.
3. Talk about ways to listen to the still small voice to make right choices.
