Children can place the baby Jesus inside the manger-box scene and proudly hang this ornament on their Christmas tree or in their room to remind them that “Jesus Is Our Greatest Gift.”

Share with children John 3:16 to show God’s love for them. DOWNLOAD the John 3:16 scripture poster/card set so share with children (HERE, shown below).
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
Have children hold the 3-D baby Jesus ornament (above) so they can ponder this gift. Tell them that God gave them this gift. God is our Heavenly Father, and Jesus is His Son (His only begotten Son born on the earth)—as a gift to us.
Heavenly Father did this because He loves us and wants us to return to live with Him again, to go back to the heavenly home we came from. God sent Jesus to make it possible for us to have ETERNAL LIFE with Him.
Jesus is our gift from God.
HE WAS SENT TO
#1 Teach us God’s commandments to live so we can return to heaven.
#2 Suffer for our sins so we can repent and return to heaven.
#3 Die for us and be resurrected so that we can live again.
