The Holy Ghost is my friend. He’s true and honest to the end. friendship necklace/medallion
OBJECTIVE: The lesson helps children realize that the Holy Ghost can help them know that the teachings of Jesus Christ are true.
ACTIVITY: Friendship Necklace/Medallion
The necklace reminds each child: “The Holy Ghost is my friend . . . He’s true and honest ’til the end.” The Holy Ghost guides us to the truth, comfort, and safety as we choose the right each day.
TO MAKE Print or copy, color, and cut out the activity on cardstock paper. Punch holes at the top of the necklace/medallion. Thread yarn, string, or ribbon through the holes and tie around the child’s neck.
THOUGHT TREAT: Smile Cookies or Cupcakes. Frost smiles on cupcakes to remind children that the Holy Ghost is their friend and can help them make choices that will make them smile and be happy.
