ACTIVITY DAYS PLANNER
It’s Party Time! (learn to plan and enjoy a fun party)
1. Print a copy of and make It’s Party Time! book pages and Party Planner. To make, color and cut out the pages, place together, and staple the top left corner.
2. Follow these steps to plan the party (two weeks ahead):
Step 1: Make and review the It’s Party Time! book.
Step 2: Review the It’s Party Time! Party Planner. Decide on a party theme and write it on the planner.
Step 3: Divide into groups and decide on party plans, filling in the blanks on the planner. Stay within the budget.
Step 4: Have leader assign duties and check up on group to make sure plans run smoothly.
Step 5: Make the treats the day before.
THOUGHT TREAT (Game Treats). Make treats that match the party theme. Some can be given as game prizes.
