OBJECTIVE: To help each child understand that we are blessed when we follow the prophet.
CRAFT ACTIVITY – Blessed from Following the Prophet – Prophet Fold-out
1. Copy the fold-out poster for each child. Fold and tape pictures together as shown.
2. With this poster, children can show and tell about some of the prophets who talk to Heavenly Father and Jesus. Poster can remind children they are blessed when they follow the prophet. Talk about why they will be blessed.
THOUGHT TREAT: Prophet punch. In small cups, pour each child some punch and say, “The prophet brings us blessings. As we sip our punch, let’s talk about each prophet we have learned about.”
