POSTER ACTIVITY. RETURNED WITH HONOR board game. With this make-it-back-to-heaven game, youth can learn to choose the right and follow Jesus. To RETURN WITH HONOR means to get off the rocky path and stay on the right path, moving their team’s marker past the others to see who gets there first.

Returned with Honor Game
OBJECTIVE: Tell the youth, “Before we came to earth we lived with Heavenly Father and Jesus. We can make it back to heaven by choosing the right and following Jesus each day. Let’s play this Return with Honor GAME to learn how we can stay on the right path that leads us back to heaven.”
TO MAKE Print in color, cut out and assemble and laminate visuals. Post the game parts 1-6 on the board or posters as shown. To make die, fold and glue tabs inside.
TO PRESENT:
You can play this on a table or mount on a wall, board, or poster.
1. Divide into two teams, e.g., boys against girls, giving each team a marker to place at the START position.
2. Teams take turns rolling the die and moving their marker the number of spaces on the path. They move along the path or off the path as follows (following the arrows).
• ON THE PATH: If they land on the right action they stay on the path, working their way to the RETURNED WITH HONOR sign.
• OFF THE PATH: If they land on a wrong action they move off the path (designated by the number written on the stone, e.g. Go to obstacle rock #5 or #6 until your next turn (onto the obstacle road). Then they read the rock and tell how they can repent of that action. WHEN IT’S THEIR TURN AGAIN, they can roll the die and move, following the line from the rock back to the path.
3. The first team to reach RETURNED WITH HONOR wins!
