As you teach about the SABBATH DAY, remind children and youth that the 7th day is God’s day of rest. So, if we work hard on days 1-6 we can be ready for Sunday. #1 Attend church, partake of the sacrament, listen and learn, and make friends. #2 Spend time with our family during meals, gospel study, and serving others.
