Activities help girls compete to find and share leaf cards and goals ideas for habit change.
Tell girls, “We are all winners the moment we decide to ‘turn over a new leaf’ and change a habit. It all starts with a winning attitude.”
Activity 2—”Leaf” an Old Habit Behind for a New One
Think about “HABIT TO CHANGE” (brown) leaf and the “NEW LEAF HABIT” (green) leaf side. Have them write a positive statement of how they will be if they change and leave the old habit behind.
