Read the message on the hand which explains that each of the five health needs are vital to each other (e.g., we can’t exercise effectively if we haven’t eaten a balanced diet). Encourage youth to chart their success this next week in these five areas (found on the fingers): Exercise, Balanced Diet, Water, Clean and Well Groomed, and Rest. Tell them if they care for their body in this way, they deserve a hand!
