Christ visited Moroni’s people the Nephites. We are to “ask God” and “he will manifest the truth of it” “by the power of the Holy Ghost.”

OBJECTIVE: Encourage children and youth to memorize the Book of Mormon’s promise found in Moroni 10:4-5, to gain a personal testimony of the Book of Mormon, and to study and live its teachings (another testament of Jesus Christ).

THOUGHT TREAT: Cross-Your-Heart Pretzels. Enjoy crossed pretzels to remind children/youth that to cross their heart means to faithfully promise. Encourage children to read the PROMISE in this scripture and the PROMISES found in the scriptures (trying out the Book of Mormon Promise).
