ACTIVITY: My Testimony of Jesus building blocks puzzle
TO MAKE, print the words on cardstock paper (in color or black and white). Provide an extra sheet of cardstock paper to mount the words.
1. Cut out the word-strips and place them next to the extra sheet of paper right-side up.
2. Place the word-strips in order and glue them onto the paper (as shown).
MY TESTIMONY BUILDING BLOCKS:
During the Sacrament:
• I will think of how He suffered and died for us.
• I will think of the words to a sacrament hymn.
• I will think of stories from Jesus’ life.
• I will think of one of Jesus’ teachings that I want to start living or live better.
In My Daily Life:
• I will pray to Heavenly Father each day in the name of Jesus Christ.
• I will honor my parents.
• I will be kind to family members.
• I will read the scriptures.
• I will obey the commandments.
• I will be reverent in sacred places.
• I will help others in need.
• I will attend my church meetings.
THOUGHT TREAT Sacrament cookie.
• TO MAKE, cut out cookie dough in a 3″x4″ shape. Cut the letter ‘S’ in each cookie before baking. Or, bake, cool, and write the letter ‘S’ with frosting on top.
• THOUGHT. Say, “The letter ‘S’ on this cookie reminds us that the Sacrament is a Sacred time each week that we remember the Savior, who Sacrificed His life for us.”
