My Writing Creation (Notebook)
Print and color the Writing Creation Notebook. Staple writing pages to the cover, write your name on the front and write inside as detailed above.
THOUGHT TREATS: (Cinch-by-the-Inch Wafer Cookies). Provide three wafer cookies and a tube of frosting for each girl. Have them write the letter “C” on the first wafer, “B” on the second wafer, and “I” on the third wafer. Mark the wafers along the sides like a ruler, showing the inch, quarter-inch, half-inch, and three-fourth-inch marks (using short lines like a ruler).
Thought: Tell the youth that we can learn as we teach others that living the gospel is a “cinch-by-the-inch.” As we live the gospel principles each day we can stay on the strait and narrow path which will lead us back to our heavenly home.
