NEW Primary and HOME “Come, Follow Me” Program
President Russell M. Nelson announced the new 2019 Come, Follow Me plan
NEW TESTAMENT
. He said it is a “home-centered and Church-supported plan.” He said it is “to learn doctrine, strengthen faith and foster greater personal worth.”
. He said it is to achieve “a new balance and connection between gospel instruction in the home and in the Church.”
With the new 2 hour schedule this is the plan – to have sacrament meeting and then Primary (and other youth/adult meetings).
At Primary (ages 3-12)
. 25 minutes for prayer, talks, and singing
. 20 minutes for class lesson
At HOME (at least one hour per week) focus on the Come, Follow Me NEW TESTAMENT study plan (which we outline for you weekly*).
. scripture study, dinner-time conversations, bedtime rituals, family home evening
