OBJECTIVE: Tell children that loving others is a way of loving Jesus. We show our love by listening to them, by being kind, and by helping them.
CRAFT ACTIVITY – I Can Love Others – Spiral Pictures Kite
1. Print or copy the activity on cardstock paper (so it won’t rip when flying). Cut out along the lines as shown, punch a hole at the top, and tie yarn or ribbon in the hole to use for a kite handle.
2. Kite names ways they can love others and turn their frown upside down and smile. Tell children they can be kind to one another by helping, saying kind words, and wearing a smile.
