ACTIVITY:
1. Print and color a B.E.A.R.S. bookmark and a spinner game board. For Activity Days activity print the bear invitation to give out a few days ahead.

2. Place the B.E.A.R.S. bookmark in your scriptures to remind you to read them. Read John 22:29 and 2 Nephi 4:15, and memorize Moroni 10:4-5. Carefully underline important scriptures with a red pencil, using the straight edge of the bookmark as a guide.

3. Play the B.E.A.R.S. Scripture Chase by attaching the spinner to the game board Divide into teams with each player having their own set of standard works in hand. Spin the bear. When the bear paw points toward a standard work, e.g., the Book of Mormon or Pearl of Great Price, have a leader name a subject (e.g., faith, charity). Then players rush to find and read aloud a scripture on this subject (in the designated standard work). The first one to start reading the scripture on the subject wins a point for their team. Play for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy this with your family.

THOUGHT TREAT (B.E.A.R.S).
Idea 1: Bear Marshmallow/Rice Treats. Follow the recipe on the Kellogg’s Rice Krispies cereal box. Mold the mixture into bear-shaped molds. (Spray molds with cooking spray first.)
Idea 2: Cinnamon Bear Cupcakes. Make cupcakes, frost, and top with four cinnamon bears to represent the four standard works: Book of Mormon, Doctrine and Covenants, Pearl of Great Price, and Bible.
