PREPARATION FOR ACTIVITY:

Print visuals for children or youth to help them achieve their goal.

#1 TO USE the Goal Chart/Tracker: Children/Youth can write their goal

on the butterfly body. Then place a check or smiley face on the days they

achieved their goal (Sunday a day of rest, or work on the goal that day if

Sunday related).

#2 TO USE Mirror Motivator: Children/Youth can place this card on their

mirror, over a light-switch, in the car, or on their refrigerator. Also,

motivator can be placed over a light-switch, in the car, or on the

refrigerator. The Motivator reads: "SPREADING YOUR WINGS. Did the
