2) “Ants Go Marching” medallion
Children can wear an ant medallion around their neck as they march and sing this song. Singing will help them get rid of wiggles before singing time, a lesson, or prayer. It will also help them develop their counting skills.

TO MAKE VISUALS:
1. Print images on cardstock, laminate, and cut out.
2. Punch holes in the cards and in the medallion as shown.
3. Place a ring through the hole on each card and the two holes on the medallion.
4. Thread a 26-inch string through holes and tie, ready to place one around each child’s neck.

TO USE: Children can march in place, wear their ant medallion, and do the actions, e.g., stop to “tie their shoe.” Cards can be used at night before bed or in the classroom to learn the song. Or, they can wear the medallion to march to bed as they sing, “Ants Go Marching.” Or, before they say their prayers sing, “pray to heaven” (in the song).
