You Deserve a Hand! daily check health chart
Description of Lesson Activity: Read the message on the hand which explains that each of the five health needs is vital to each other (e.g., we can’t exercise effectively if we haven’t eaten a balanced diet). Encourage youth to chart their success this next week in these five areas (found on the fingers): Exercise, Balanced Diet, Water, Clean and Well Groomed, and Rest.
